That is silly. A terrorist group would never have the technical knowledge required to 1) create a Windows program 2) create a cryptocurrency software 3) Host a public forum (Bitcointalk), not to mention that terrorists can’t stand anything USA so their forum posts would’ve been very different than what is publicly available.
