That is half-correct.

Yes they do sell quality products, but they are very fragile and break easily, whether you are talking about a Mac or an iDevice. There is also silly software obsolescence after X years, to force you to upgrade People then go buy the newer model.

Have you guys considered that out of 8 billion people on the planet, only a small fraction actually use computers, let alone Apple products?

Sure, one way to make money is by selling the same stuff to the same people over and over again.

But another way is to diversify your customer base and sell to more first-timers.

These “Big Tech” companies could use a little schooling. I frequently go to offices that are still using Windows 7 or at best ancient versions of Windows 10 on their systems.
